Chris Lawson was hired by my company to renovate a penthouse apartment unit in a very old Hamilton home.  The unit bathroom was small, dingy and covered in mould when we purchased it.   Chris was amazing in his skill level.  His renovations included new drywall, caulking, tile surround on tub walls as well as new flooring.  Chris was also instrumental in laying new carpet in the living area as well as painting window trim and walls.  The unit was spectacular and rented within days of completion.  (Thank you Chris for you professional service, respecting my timeframes and budget).  Weeks later we hired Chris again to renovate the basement unit following severe water damage.  Chris replaced the drywall on the wall that was repaired as well as the kitchen cabinets.  Again, this renovation was completed in a highly professional and timely manner.  All work was done to my specification and came within my budget.  We were then able to sell this property on the open market within a week as the property showed extremely well.  I would not hesitate to use Chris for any home renovation as he is a very talented and skilled contractor.

Over the past couple of years, Chris Lawson and his construction company have undertaken a number of projects at our home.
