Foundation waterproofing can become a major concern if you walk into your basement and see a puddle or smell a damp mouldy smell. Our company uses a three stage package to eliminate moisture from entering the home, beginning with a prime/sealer, followed by a rubber membrane which is then protected by a durable plastic membrane. As well all weeping tiles are replaced and surrounded by 3/4” clear stone to allow for maximum drainage.
