BASEMENT DAMP PROOFING

Foundation waterproofing can become a major concern if you walk into your basement and see a puddle or smell a damp mouldy smell. Customers often consider waterproofing their foundation prior to finishing the basement of their homes to avoid costly replacement of flooring and drywall. Most customers find that incorporating foundation damp-proofing with a landscaping project can be an excellent way to tackle two projects at once. Our company uses a three stage package to eliminate moisture from entering the home, beginning with a prime/sealer, followed by a rubber membrane which is then protected by a durable plastic membrane. As well all weeping tiles are replaced and surrounded by 3/4” clear stone to allow for maximum drainage.
