Owner of CDL Construction & Renovations, Chris Lawson,
graduated from Fanshawe College as a qualified Construction Engineering
Tech. His knowledge of construction is also accompanied by an
architectural background and numerous years of home and commercial
construction and improvements. After many years of working amongst the
construction trades Chris decided to create a company of his own, with
the goal in mind to provide easy, turnkey home and commercial
improvements.
Our mission is to perform for our customers the highest level of quality construction services at a fair and market competitive price. CDL Construction & Renovations supplies unique and innovative products and services to exceed our client’s expectations. Our goal is to maintain professionalism, integrity, honesty and fairness in our relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and employees; in order to continue working with these individuals and amongst the community.
Our approach to the construction process strongly emphasizes listening and communicating with our clients, and that this process is as open and honest as possible. Every detail of work can be examined in depth to ensure a clear understanding of the entire project.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Once in contact with CDL, a representative will book an appointment to meet with you to go over details of the project.
A quote will be presented shortly after the initial meeting, consisting of detailed documents, drawings, 3-D renderings, material options and price.
All employees of CDL are dressed in uniform to allow for easy identification, and safety. As well as being very friendly, well trained and hardworking.
Prompt start and finish times allow for the project to run smoothly as well as finish on schedule.
Every precaution necessary is taken to protect against damages, including floor, door, and wall coverings.
Cleanliness is a major complaint against most construction companies. Our company provides easy removal of waste using disposal bins or regular trips to the waste management facility. Dust collectors and dust barricades are some of the methods used to minimize the travel of dust though out the home.
CDL Construction is a licensed and insured company, to put our client’s minds at ease.
Safety is a top priority for our company. Our employees are always trained and equipped with proper tools and knowledge to perform their duties and ensure our clients safety. No jobsite will ever be of an unsafe nature
